These are the relationships of the Ghost Hunter, Jack Davids

Relatives[]

Rose Davids[]

“MOM!”
— Jack, to his mother for being in his room without consent.
EP10 Rose and Jack

Jack and Rose

Rose is Jack's mother as well as his school's principal. The two seem to be close as shown when she became worried about Jack when he missed an assignment (due to him constantly having to save their town from Lady E. and her ghost minions) and gently tried to get him to explain himself rather than being angry at him although Jack reluctantly brushed her off by pretending to be annoyed by her, although his expression changed from angry to sad as he walked away, showing that he doesn't like being rude to his mother.

In "Night of the Harbinger," it is shown that he doesn't like her being in his room without his consent. However, je might've gotten angry at her because he was trying to make a video by the time she came in.

Friends/Allies[]

Spencer[]

“Spencer! There you are. Who's a good boy?”

Jack and Spencer

Spencer was Jack's pet dog back in Boston. Jack considered him to be his best friend and always recorded his videos alongside Spencer at home or skateboarding until Spencer was killed in a traffic accident, leaving Jack heartbroken. However, after Spencer died he became a ghost and kept following Jack around just like before, Jack realized this after he got J.B.'s Ghost Hunter App on his phone and he was overjoyed to see Spencer again. The idea of living great adventures ghost hunting with Spencer by his side convinced Jack to join J.B. and Parker and become a Ghost Hunter. Spencer loves Jack and is very loyal to him and does his best to help his owner in any way he can.

Parker L. Jackson[]

“Parker, Jack is still your bestie. And, Jack, Parker is still your bestie, too! You need each other. This Maw thing is real! The world is gonna get torn apart. You don't need to tear each other apart, too!”
Douglas, reprimanding Jack and Parker, Night of the Harbinger
EP01 Jack and Parker

Jack and Parker

Parker was the first person to be nice to Jack after moving to Newbury and became his best friend. Jack seems to be slightly jealous of Parker due to her being a better Ghost Hunter than him and Parker often becomes irritated by Jack spending more time making videos for his vlog when he is supposed to help her hunt ghosts. They also like to compete over things such as how many ghosts each of them capture but despite their differences they are good friends and care for each other a lot.

In "Night of the Harbinger," when Jack started to spend time with vlogger Rami, to the point of bringing him and his entourage along for a Ghost Hunt to the Newbury Penitentiary, all of this caused caused a strain in their friendship and they often argued over the matter until Douglas straightened it out. Jack later decides to share his channel with her.

J.B.[]

“Roll call: Dr. J.B. Watt. Every team's gotta have a mad scientist.”
“Just keeping Sweet Sally in upgrade. Wait a minute, who you calling 'mad?'”
— Jack and J.B.

Jack was the second Ghost Hunter J.B. recruited. The two are friends although J.B. can get annoyed by Jack's antics, such as paying more attention to his phone than ghost hunting but she does care about Jack and likes to call him and Parker "kidaroos".

Douglas Elton[]

“You really are death-defying!”
— Jack, after seeing Douglas as a Skeleton
EP06 Jack and Douglas

Jack and Douglas

There is very little one on one interaction between Douglas and Jack, although they are good friends and have similar personalities. When Douglas got dragged with Lady E to the Hidden Side, Jack was horrified and waited all night to see if Douglas could come back. When Douglas returned (as a ghost that posesses the science class' skeleton), Jack was ecstatic to see him again.

In "Night of the Harbinger," when Jack and Parker were bickering, Douglas was amused at first and even tried to give them boxing gloves but he eventually got tired of seeing the two friends argue and Douglas was the one who straightened them out.

Vaughn G. Jackson[]

Vaughn and Jack first met when Vaughn saved him from Lady E and her minions and helped him go home by teaching him how to get Parker's attention and so she and the Ghost Hunters were able to bring back Jack. When Vaughn met the Ghost Hunters again, Vaughn and Jack seemed to get along until Jack started neglecting his duty as a Ghost Hunter in order to hang out with Rami, which made Vaughn declare that Jack wasn't a real Ghost Hunter during a talk with Parker. When Jack and Parker had an agument Vaughn, who didn't really care about friendship, stayed apart from the whole thing but thanked Parker when she said Vaughn is a better Ghost Hunter than Jack.

After seeing Jack and Parker reconcile. Vaughn moved to tears and regreted not having a "bestie" in life. It can be assumed that with Jack going back to take his job as Ghost Hunter seriously they are now on civil terms again.

Nehmaar Reem[]

At first, Jack sees Nehmaar Reem as an enemy for bringing the Maw to the Living Side, but after hearing Reem's side of the story, he works with him instead to destroy the Maw. Reem saves Jack's life when he looses his hold on the Maw's mouth and falls in by grabbing his hand and teleporting him and Parker to the Mystery Castle. Jack thanks him for his help and Reem does the same before teleporting himself and his castle back to his own dimension.

Enemies[]

Lady E.[]

Jack meets Lady E

After finding out Lady E.'s plans to take over the Human World, Jack and his fellow Ghost Hunters become determined to stop her. They meet Lady E. when she is almost brought back to the Living Side thanks to her minions until Douglas dragged her with him back to the Hidden Side.

In "Oh, Rats!", it is revealed that Lady E sent Rat Shaun to distract the Hunters while Dr. Drewell captured Jack and sent him to the Hidden Side.

Jack and Lady E meet again in "Grave Situation", where she brings back all the Boss Ghosts Jack captured, who attack him until Lady E offers him to join them but he declines and calls her "Lady Eeee-ewww" so the ghosts attempt to kill him until he is saved by Vaughn.

Ghosts[]

Jack has a strong dislike of Ghosts (except for Spencer and possibly Dr. Drewell), and the ghosts hate him back.

In "Parents Just Don't Understand", Mamali gloomed Parker's parents and Jack's own mother, Rose Davids, and attempted to bring them to the Hidden Side in order to expose Jack and Parker as Ghost Hunters to get back at them for sabotaging Lady E.'s return, which may've resulted in their parents' deaths if they were made to stay for too long.

Other[]

Dr. Drewell[]

Grave Situation03-03 at 7.41

Dr. Drewell dragging Jack, in the Hidden Side.

At first, Dr. Drewell and Jack were enemies and Jack, alongside Parker and J.B., attempted to capture him until he and J.B. developed a crush on each other, much to Jack and Parker's disgust. Dr. Drewell then lost interest in battling the Ghost Hunters and warned them about Lady E. and her plans for Newbury.

Jack meets Dr. Drewell again in "Oh, Rats!". Jack greets him and is nice to him but Dr. Drewell apologizes and reluctantly takes Jack to the Hidden Side per Lady E's orders.

It is unknown how Jack feels about Dr. Drewell now since they never had the chance to resolve things due to Lady E. killing Dr. Drewell for the second time and presumably killing him for good.

Acquaintances[]

Rami[]

Rami and his entourage are the popular kids at school. Jack is a fan of Rami's videos from Trick Shot Ultimate.

In "Night of the Harbinger", Rami shared Jack's video of his capture of Blaze M. Barr which resulted in him getting 10,000 more followers and Rami then told Jack that wanted to do a collaboration with him, to which Jack happily accepted, starting a strain on his friendship with Parker due to Jack spending time with Rami instead of Ghost Hunting.

Jack invited Rami and his entourage to the Newbury Penitentiary for Part two of their collaboration without telling anybody, straining his friendship with Parker even more. While moving along, Rami starts causing trouble by making noise to invoke the "fake" ghosts, admits that he doesn't believe ghosts are real and that most of his shots were CGI until Bart Chaney appeared, scaring him and his entourage, and resulting in them running away and abandoning Jack. When they met up at school the following morning, Jack greeted Rami and his friends but the group simply screamed and ran away.
