Fuller is wearing an orange button-down shirt with small holes at the base. He also has black-strapped overalls attached to the base of his shirt. He has dark blue hair and a beard, matched with a blue-headed pickaxe and hat.
Biography
"Never found anything in the Caper Cliffs yet he keeps digging up bones. He is still digging them. The next ones could be yours!"

Fuller can deploy a spectral turret that will fire at the nearest target in range.

Fuller, like all Ghosts, can throw balls of Gloom on his enemies to harm them or to haunt buildings or objects.

Fuller, like all Ghosts, can possess Humans and turn them into Gloombies.
